As noted, your dues gets you access to the PRSSA database for scholarships, internships andprofessional information.  You also receive and electronic version of TACTICS, the monthly PRSA newsletter with up to date information on our industry.  Here's the link so you can learn more about the benefits of PRSSA  http://www.prssa.org/

In addition to the access to the national PRSSA, your dues give you membership  to the CCNY PRSSA chapter.  Our chapter brings local professionals to campus to give seminars to give you the competitive edge, and also benefits from the PRSA NY Chapter's professional programs and agency tours.  PRSSA also sponsors the annual  Building Bridges event, where  Ad/PR alums come back to campus to meet with current students in the program for networking opportunities.  Your participation helps make the chapter better!  So it's up to you to make this have value!
