The link to agenda is here: http://www.prweek.com/us/conference2015#Agenda The 2 shifts would be 9:00am - 12:55pm, a lunch from 12:55 - 1:45pm and the second session is from 1:45 - 5:30pm. There is then a cocktail reception from 5:30pm-6:30pm that we would also need some help with. Basically, we are trying to get feedback from our attendees on this year's conference to help us prepare for next year's conference.   We can supply them with iPads with short surveys on them and try to get people to answer the questions. We want to know basics such as location, time of year, etc to help us plan for the following year. I think this will also be great networking for them. We also have a 40 Under 40 dinner that night and those 40 Under 40 will be at the reception. At the reception, we would just want them to go around and see if the attendees for the dinner also came to the conference that morning, and if not, why didn't they come? I think having them in shifts would work well so they can also be able to watch the sessions at the conference as well. HRTP: A Public Health Internship Program of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) is pleased to inform you that the application period for our fall 2015 internship program will open on July 15th and close on August 15th, 2015.  Please note, to submit an application, students will have to create a user ID/ log on NYC Med. For more information about the program, for instructions on how to apply or to complete an application, please visit our website. Applications and supplemental documents for the fall 2015 session are due on August 15th 2015. Late applications will not be considered.

For full consideration, HRTP should receive the following postmarked on or before the deadline:

1.            An electronic application

2.            A current resume

3.            A personal statement/ essay

4.            An official transcript from your current institution

5.            One letter of recommendation and the recommendation form

We would appreciate your assistance in publicizing the opportunities and benefits of a public health internship through HRTP. For additional information about the program or for applications please visit the HRTP website: http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/html/career/hrtp.shtml . I have also attached an electronic copy of our brochure and a one-page flyer which further describes the program and provides a sample of past projects.
